What personal data do we collect?
When making an enquiry about a career with Urban IT Solutions we usually expect to see your latest CV, your salary expectations, and you preferred method for us to get in touch. However the contact approach is very relaxed in terms of our expectations. Whatever you choose to send to us in the early stages of engagement is at your discretion and we will treat whatever you sent to us as confidential. We also gather information during the interview process should an enquiry reach that stage which will also be treated as confidential.

Your enquiry will reach all members of our management team who will assess your enquiry and make contact with you to let you know if we have any vacancies at present. Your data will not be shared outside of our company.

How long do we keep your information for?

Should the enquiry fail to reach interview sage, your information will be immediately removed from our systems. Should your enquiry be successful your information will be added to your personnel folders and stored securely for the duration of your employment contract with us.
