The website focuses attention on the diversity of IT expertise that Urban IT offers and is designed to help both new and existing customers identify the products which have the capacity to transform their operations.

Sam Spiro is MD of Urban IT – a business that has grown steadily and which has a reputation for supporting North-West based businesses with excellent customer service, tailored IT systems and support. But as Sam explained, the Urban IT operation is expanding the services it provides and more clarity was needed about the options available. ‘We noticed that customers were enquiring about more and more aspects of our IT provision. They are concerned about Cyber Security and their connectivity and last year, there was a huge interest in prepping for GDPR. These things have been in our portfolio for some time, but we wanted to be sure we were getting that message across.”

The new site – and an updated company profile – highlight the eight blocks that make up the company’s core activities.
